Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall operations of the LCF, including oversight of the administrative team and office management.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance

Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for operational activities
\n
Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communication
\n
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
\n
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency

Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in operations management within the sports & leisure industry
