Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Operational Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join the team based in Grimsby, UK. The role involves developing and managing financial plans, conducting in-depth financial analyses, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, and creating advanced financial models to support organisational goals. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with various departments to drive data-driven decision-making and improve financial performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with an ability to deliver actionable insights
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and support business decisions
• Proven experience in Budgeting & Forecasting to manage and control financial goals
• Proficiency in Financial Modelling for scenario analysis and long-term planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
• Experience in operational financial leadership roles within relevant sectors is preferred
