This position plays a crucial role in managing the 39,000 council homes, ensuring they are safe and warm, and delivering excellent service to the residents. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver a contract administration service for the 5-yearly domestic electrical testing programme, focusing on improving compliance. Implement and monitor on-site quality assurance, defect inspection, and handover procedures in accordance with  policies. Issue site instructions and variations while providing competent, technical advice. Participate in a multi-disciplinary team responsible for contract administration, operational delivery of electrical works, and tenant and contractor liaison. Conduct joint inspections with Neighbourhood Officers, offering assistance and guidance on electrical maintenance and property improvements.
