Ealing Council is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care team . This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OT to step into a senior position, leading on complex cases and supporting the development of junior staff within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of complex and high-risk cases with minimal supervision

Carry out advanced OT assessments and develop creative, cost-effective care plans

Lead on major and bespoke home adaptations, including drawing detailed specifications and coordinating with contractors

Provide clinical supervision, advice, and support to OT colleagues at Scales 8-10

Contribute to service development, audit, and strategic planning

Support families through significant life and environmental changes

Represent OT at multidisciplinary meetings and ensure best practice in care delivery

Requirements: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Significant post-qualifying experience in adult social care or community OT

Proven ability to manage complex cases independently
