As demand quickly grew, the service expanded beyond the home setting.Over time, the childcare provision developed to include children over the age of two and later expanded to a second location within a local community venue.A family member later joined the business to support the operational and administrative side. Over the following years, the organisation grew significantly, eventually caring for dozens of children across multiple locations.The settings were later consolidated into a single larger location, where around 80 children now attend the nursery each day.Today, the founder continues to work directly within the nursery supporting both the children and the team, while administrative and business operations are managed separately.The nursery is independent and family-run, rather than part of a corporate chain, and aims to create a close-knit working environment where staff feel valued and supported.Supporting Staff DevelopmentThe leadership team strongly believes in investing in staff development.Over the years, many staff members have joined with little or no prior childcare experience or qualifications.
