Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Toddler Room Leader (ages 23) to join our expanding nursery team.

- Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to support childrens learning and development
- Leading your team to ensure high-quality engagement with children
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment
- Managing daily care routines, including feeding, nappy changing, and sleep times
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing and assessing childrens progress, keeping accurate records
- Communicating effectively with parents about their childs day and development
- Experience working with young children (particularly ages 23)
- A passionate, caring, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- A commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (required)
- Job Type: Full-time

- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts (10-hour shifts)
