Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Senior Network Scheduling Coordinator to support and execute programming strategies across our network portfolio. This role is ideal for a scheduling professional who can operate with increasing independence, take ownership of key scheduling functions, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize performance.

This position goes beyond basic coordination and requires strong systems proficiency, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage scheduling workflows with minimal oversight. You will have the opportunity to own meaningful portions of the scheduling process within a growing network portfolio, work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment with high visibility across teams and make a direct impact on programming strategy and network performance.

This role is onsite in our Santa Monica, CA office.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $70,300 to $72,700. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. xrlawcv Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
