Senior National Account Manager - Grocery
12 Month Fixed Term Contract (start March / May)
West London x 2 days per week
C75-85k + Generous Car Allowance + Bonus

The Role
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will lead the relationship with key UK Grocery customers, driving sales, share, and profit growth across a portfolio of established brands. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role requiring strong commercial capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to build deep customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver annual sales plans aligned to business objectives
- Lead and manage strategically important retail customers
- Drive customer strategy across the organisation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Manage P&L performance and commercial forecasting
- Use category and customer data to build compelling selling stories
- Negotiate effectively to deliver sustainable growth
- Act as a visible role model, sharing ideas and best practice internally and externally
About You
- Proven experience at SNAM or 2nd rotation NAM level within branded FMCG
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships
- Confident working cross-functionally to deliver results
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, creativity, and a passion for growth
