Are you an experienced National Account Manager with a passion for toys?
Do you have a track record managing major UK discounter retailers like B&M, Home Bargains, or similar?
ITP is partnering with a top 5 US toy company to hire a Senior National Account Manager . This role offers the chance to take full ownership of key discounter accounts -driving sales growth, and long-term partnerships with some of the fastest-moving retailers in the UK.
What you’ll do:
Take full responsibility for major UK discounter accounts, including B&M and Home Bargains
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and profitability
Lead product launches, seasonal promotions, and merchandising initiatives
Forecast sales, manage stock levels, and support supply chain efficiency
Collaborate with marketing, product, and licensing teams to align on campaigns and ranges
Manage promotional budgets to maximise ROI
Represent the company at trade events and retail meetings
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
About you:
Proven National / Senior National Account Manager experience in toys, gifting, or licensed consumer goods
Strong experience managing discounter or high-volume retail accounts
Commercially savvy with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of the UK retail landscape and fast-moving toy/licensed categories
Team player with a collaborative, proactive mindset
