As a Senior Multi-Utility Designer Pre-Contract, youll generate cost-effective valued engineering multi utility designs in line with the customer requirements, including a bill of quantity, financial summary report and formal quote/contract known as a letter of offer. You will also line manage a team of designers and support trainees through their development programmes. Your responsibilities as a Senior Multi-Utility Designer Pre-Contract: Team Leadership and Development - Lead and support Intermediate and Trainee Designers through day to day coaching, technical guidance and oversight, while managing key people responsibilities and encouraging continuous development and knowledge sharing.
