Senior Manager - Multi-site Manager

Here is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our client's busy multi-department site based in Hampshire.
\n
This is a newly created, senior role with full ownership of a large, complex site with significant potential (£20m+). This is not a day-to-day operational role, but a chance to lead leaders, align divisions and implement a growth strategy with real autonomy.
\n
The site is a multi-department operation that includes:
\n
\n
A high turnover trade branch
\n
A centralised sales support and account management hub
\n
A growing distribution network
\n
Specialist product lines with clear potential to scale
\n
\n
Your mandate is to bring these divisions together into a cohesive, high-performing operation, eliminate friction, and drive sustainable commercial growth.
\n
As Senior Manager, you will:
\n
\n
Lead a team of managers across multiple departments, setting direction and creating a single, high performing culture
\n
Take commercial ownership of the site, making strong decisions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
\n
Work closely with your team to implement structure, governance, and robust operational processes.
\n
Drive long-term growth, spotting opportunities to expand revenue streams and improve service delivery.
\n
\n
Our ideal Senior Manager will have:
\n
\n
Proven Senior Management experience, ideally within a multi-department capacity focusing on driving commercial growth and improving operations.
\n
The ability to win the hearts and minds of the individual businesses and create a culture of cohesion, building one high-performing team.
\n
The confidence to make strong commercial decisions, driving the business as though it's your own ensuring the business runs as efficiently as possible.
\n

A competitive basic salary circa £75k per annum

A background within Building Products, Building Supplies or DIY would be advantageous, but it is not essential. This role should appeal to experienced Senior/General Managers, Multi-site Managers, and those operating at Director level.
