As the business continues to scale, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Merchandiser in a brand new role that will be instrumental in shaping their merchandising function.This is a unique opportunity to join at a formative stage, where you will play a key role in establishing true merchandising fundamentals within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The RoleAs Senior Merchandiser, you will take ownership of building and embedding robust merchandising processes and frameworks across the business. Initially, this will be a hands-on role, requiring strong execution as well as strategic thinking. Over time, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function evolves.Key responsibilities include:Establishing core merchandising principles, processes and best practiceOwning planning, forecasting and trading across key product categories and channelsImplementing and managing WSSI and open-to-buy frameworksDriving data-led decision making through detailed analysis and reportingPartnering closely with buying, e-commerce and wider commercial teamsIdentifying opportunities to optimise stock, improve availability and maximise profitabilityPlaying a key role in shaping the future structure and capability of the merchandising functionAbout YouYou are a commercially driven merchandising professional who thrives in a fast-growth environment and is excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.You will bring:Strong merchandising experience, ideally at Senior Merchandiser level or ready to step upSolid technical expertise in WSSI, open-to-buy and trading analysisA hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tacticallyExcellent analytical skills and confidence working with dataStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skillsA growth mindset and the ambition to build and lead a team over timeWhy Apply?This is a rare opportunity to take on a genuinely impactful role within one of Europe's most exciting growth businesses.
