Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Central London (2 days WFH per week)

£80,000 – £90,000 + £5,000 car allowance + travel reimbursement & more!


An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s leading independent engineering and services businesses, with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across the built environment. The business is known for its expertise in MEP delivery, long-term client relationships, and commitment to quality and innovation.


You will be working on a major healthcare project in Central London, with an MEP package valued at £50m, offering a fantastic platform to take ownership and make a real impact.


The Role

As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of the MEP package, from preconstruction through to completion. You’ll work closely with the project team to ensure strong cost control, risk management, and successful commercial delivery.


You will report into an experienced MEP Commercial Manager who has been with the business for over 10 years, providing excellent leadership, support, and stability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial management of a £50m MEP package
  • Full project lifecycle involvement – preconstruction to final account
  • Procurement and subcontractor management
  • Cost reporting, forecasting, and valuations
  • Management of variations and commercial risks
  • Collaboration with project delivery and operational teams

About You

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP
  • Strong background delivering large-scale projects
  • Experience across preconstruction to completion
