With on-going works at a hospital retrofit in Milton Keynes, they’re looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead this complex, multi-building upgrade programme, a flagship scheme in NHS decarbonisation.

As Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of major M&E upgrade works, including plantroom replacements, AHU installations, radiator and pipework renewals, and system modifications to enable lower temperature operation. Working closely with the client, contractors, and design partners, you’ll manage the project from early design through to commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are met across all phases. While site presence will be key, the role supports hybrid working where appropriate.
