We are recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee a large commercial refurbishment project based in Birmingham. This is a 13-month programme with the option to join on a permanent basis or work freelance/contract.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage all mechanical packages on a major commercial refurb project

*

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

*

Lead coordination and progress meetings

*

Ensure project delivery is on programme, within budget, and to quality standards

*

Maintain strong health & safety compliance across all works

*

Resolve technical issues and support the project through to handover

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager (Senior level preferred)

*

Strong background in commercial refurbishment and building services

*

Ability to manage multiple packages and teams

*

Good communication, leadership, and organisational skills

*

Relevant mechanical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
