Senior Mechanical Project Manager\n\n£55,000 – £60,000 + Car + Package\n\nNational Retail Projects | Mechanical Building Services\n\nA long-established M&E Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical services projects for a major national retail client. This is a permanent role offering genuine long-term stability and the chance to manage a consistent pipeline of repeat business.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou’ll take full ownership of mechanical projects nationwide, delivering refurbishment and fit-out schemes within a live retail environment.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover\n\n * \n\n Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and public health installations\n\n * \n\n Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and design teams\n\n * \n\n Control budgets, programmes, and quality standards\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety, and CDM regulations\n\n * \n\n Maintain close communication with the client to ensure repeat success\n\nThe Person\n\nYou’ll be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong technical background in building services and the ability to deliver multiple fast-track projects.\n\nEssential requirements:\n\n * \n\n NVQ Level 4 (or higher) in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering\n\n * \n\n Relevant CSCS Manager or Professional Card\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical services installation\n\n * \n\n Proven ability to manage projects on live retail sites\n\n * \n\n Willingness to travel nationwide as projects demand\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected national M&E Contractor delivering work for one of the UK’s best-known retail brands
