Senior Mechanical Project Manager\n\n£95k plus package\n\nLondon\n\nOur client are an established, stable and successful Mechanical Project and Maintenance specialist with a consistent pipeline of work and a great industry reputation, due to a number of big projects wins they are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee & manage a new commercial construction project in the City of London.\n\nAs the Senior Project Manager, you will have full responsibility of the client management, team management and financial responsibilities for the mechanical delivery of a new site in City of London. Exposure & experience as a Senior Mechanical Manager working for a Mechanical Contractor is essential/\n\nThe candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.\n\nRequirements to apply:\n\nEducated to HNC/HND/Degree level in Mechanical discipline.\nDemonstrate experience working as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or currently working as a Project Manager from within the building services industry is essential.
