Candour Talent are recruiting a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their client’s team on the outskirts of Swansea.

* Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent

* Working Hours: Days Mon-Fri

* Salary: £45-55k (depending on experience) + Company Pension + Life Assurance

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established company in the Swansea area.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be qualified to HNC/HND level in Mechanical engineering (or extensive hands-on experience) and have senior level or team leadership experience.

The Role:

* Establish and follow a Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme

* Timely and effective fault finding and emergency repairs in response to any breakdowns

* Follow all H&S and compliance standards

The Ideal Candidate:

* HNC/HND Mechanical engineering and/or extensive and demonstrable hands-on experience in a maintenance engineering role

* Basic electrical and pneumatic maintenance experience and/or knowledge

* Maintenance experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
