Working closely with project managers, surveyors, and other technical specialists, the role involves producing high-quality mechanical designs, specifications, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and industry standards.Projects typically include both new build and refurbishment schemes across sectors such as education, healthcare, and other regulated environments.
