The Role:
Lead mechanical building services design from concept through to detailed design and delivery

Take technical ownership of projects across a range of sectors

Mentor and support junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and confidence

Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality solutions

Contribute to continuous improvement during an exciting period of business growth

What We are Looking For:
Strong experience in mechanical building services design within a consultancy environment

Confidence leading projects and managing design responsibility

A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
