Business that has over 100 people and are going through an exciting period, this is a great opportunity to join a major business.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * Develop and maintain mechanical design information and management systems, ensuring integration with other disciplines for efficient manufacture and supply of new products (using SolidWorks and PDM Works).\n\n * Collaborate across engineering disciplines to achieve optimal engineering solutions.\n\n * Manage the evolution of standard upgrade options for products post-launch.\n\nThe Person:\n\n * Minimum HNC in Engineering\n\n * At least 2 years of experience in mechanical design, open to junior, graduate, and senior-level engineers.\n\n * Ideally experience designing pressure vessels, tanks, rotating/flow equipment (valves, pumps, etc) conveying systems, mechanical/material handling, special purpose machinery, etc\n\n * Understanding of European Directives, CE Marking, ASME standards, and North American pressure equipment regulations.\n\n * 3D Modelling experience is a must.

Ideally Solidworks but open to similar design packages such as Inventor or Solidedge, etc\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n\n * £40,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)\n\n * 25 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays\n\n * 36.5 hour working week with flexible start times\n\n * Monday – Thursday – 7:30 am – 4:30 pm\n\n * Friday – 7:30 am until 12 pm\n\n * You can choose to work a full Friday and work a 9-day fortnight (Every other Friday off without affecting your holiday allowance) or finish at 12pm on Fridays\n\n * Hybrid/Work From Home\n\n * Bonus (Paid Twice a Year)\n\n * Pension 6% Employer Contribution
