Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Joining a multi-skilled engineering team, youll play a key role in the design and development of complex mechanical and pressure-related systems for demanding environments. This is a full life-cycle position involving concept generation, prototyping, hand calculations, component selection, GA drawings and BOMs, testing, and supporting your designs through to manufacture.
As this is a Senior role, youll help to oversee and support the Mechanical Engineering function, whilst reporting directly to the Design Office Manager & Technical Director.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
HNC/D or Degree Qualified in Mechanical Engineering
CAD Solidworks, AutoCAD (desirable)
Experience with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Pumps, Electromechanical Equipment
ATEX Equipment (desirable)
Cradle to Grave Experience Design, Development, Prototyping, Testing etc.
