Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Required - East London/ Canary Wharf - Up to £95,000 plus package depending on experience.

Data Centre Experience Required.

I am currently working in partnership with one of the largest contractors based in London who are looking to bring an experienced M&E QS into their team due to recently securing a new Data Centre Project in East London valued around £35m MEP. The turnover for the business is in excess of £200million with one of the best reputations in London attracting the highest calibre of employees. My client typically works within the Commercial, Data Centre & Pharmaceutical sectors with values between £30m - £150m.

Duties:

Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.

*

Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.

*

Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.

*

Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts.

*

Commercial vetting of sub contractor tenders and contracts.

*

Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.

*

Ensure that business commercial processes are adhered to at project level.
