Ideal candidates will have experience with packages around £10 million and a strong background in M&E construction.You will take ownership of defined scopes of work, track costs and labour, produce detailed bills of quantities, and ensure the commercial success of each project. This role combines site engagement, team collaboration, and commercial oversight, providing a rewarding career opportunity.
