We are currently looking for a Senior M&E Project Manager.

Based on site in Bromley by Bow E3 3AE – Full M&E package for 316 Apartments and 6 Townhouses

Job Spec:

Support the current mechanical and electrical project managers Ensure the shared folder is kept up to date each week with Friday packs, QA’s, labour forecasts, material management etc Control material spend Track variations and report them to the commercial manager Track the build programme and forecast labour and materials Track the build programme and report delays to the commercial team Work with the client and build on an already good relationship Manage sub contractor packages and ensure they are keeping to programme and plan in commissioning Manage the commissioning programme with our 3rd party commissioning manager Attend weekly progress meetings with the client and team Attend monthly CVR meetings with the Senior Management team to ensure the project is coming in on budget Produce monthly project reports for the team and the client
