Senior Master Data Finance Manager (D365/ERP) | £75,000 – £85,000 + bonus | Central London | Permanent

A newly created opportunity has arisen within the global finance function of one of the world’s most recognised luxury consumer brands, operating across multiple international markets with a highly centralised finance structure.

This role sits within the global Record-to-Report (R2R) team and will take ownership of financial master data, including the global Chart of Accounts, playing a key role in ensuring consistency, control, and integrity of financial data across systems and regions.

This is a high-visibility position with significant cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to shape how finance data is structured and governed globally.

The Role

• Own and maintain global financial master data, including Reporting and Standardised Charts of Accounts
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards across finance systems
• Define and implement global data governance frameworks, policies, and controls
• Act as the key link between global, regional, and local finance teams to ensure alignment
• Support finance transformation initiatives through accurate and consistent data integration
• Develop and maintain data catalogues, workflows, and posting structures to improve reporting accuracy
• Review and manage changes to financial data structures in line with business and regulatory requirements
• Deliver training and act as the central point of contact for all master data-related queries

Your Background

• Trained in Big 4 (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience within a global finance / R2R / controllership environment
• Hands-on experience managing Chart of Accounts and financial master data
• Worked with Microsoft D365 (or a comparable ERP) within a finance function
• Been involved in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or system optimisation projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills across international teams
• The ability to translate technical finance/data concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
