About the roleWe’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager with strong B2B SaaS experience to own demand generation and drive pipeline growth. You’ll play a key role in delivering our growth objectives, leading demand generation and working closely with Sales to drive measurable revenue impact. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role where you’ll take accountability for pipeline performance, not just campaign delivery. You’ll also lead and develop the marketing team, acting as a trusted deputy to the Director of Marketing.Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience in demand generation and pipeline growth is essential for this role.This role is home‑based, with travel across the UK required as needed (typically every 4–6 weeks) for team meetings and events. We have an office in Manchester, but the marketing team is geographically distributed, so flexibility to travel is important.
