We are seeking a forward‑thinking, dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead Brand, Influencer and Communications across the UKI & EMEA region. The ideal candidate is a culturally‑attuned storyteller with strong experience across brand marketing, influencer strategy, social media and communications. They are highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. This role reports directly to the VP, Marketing UKI & EMEA. What You Do
Develop and execute integrated Influencer + Communications strategies to drive brand desirability, awareness and equity, while maintaining a luxury positioning across earned and owned channels. Lead influencer marketing strategy and campaigns across multiple markets, from talent identification and negotiation to content guidance, activation, and performance reporting. Manage influencer programs, paid partnerships, and ambassador relationships; identify new opportunities to scale, innovate, and diversify brand reach. Build and nurture relationships with key editors, creators, VIPs, agents and cultural tastemakers. Partner with the VP Marketing to develop and implement PR strategies aligned with brand vision, product priorities, and commercial goals. Oversee execution of exclusive press & influencer events, product launches and experiential activations, ensuring exceptional brand storytelling, earned media and strong attendance. Support annual and seasonal budget planning with data‑driven insights and post‑campaign learnings. Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing to deliver impactful content and programming supporting commercial performance across UKI & EMEA partners. Stay ahead of cultural and market trends across beauty, fashion, luxury and digital media, translating insights into brand opportunities. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team of brand channel specialists. Establish and track performance KPIs across influencer, communications, brand partnerships and events. Partner cross‑functionally with global and regional counterparts to ensure strategic alignment and consistency.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience in brand and influencer/communications marketing within luxury beauty, fashion, or premium lifestyle. Proven experience driving impactful brand growth and commercial results in an omni‑channel environment. Strong network across influencers, editors, agents, and cultural partners. Excellent communicator, collaborator and leader; positive, proactive, and self‑starting. Highly analytical with experience reporting campaign performance and insights. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
