I'm working with one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer brands on a brand new role that's been created to solve a really interesting problem.
They've built some genuinely iconic products that people know and love. Now they need someone to make sure those products stay culturally relevant, reach new audiences, and keep driving commercial growth long after launch.
This is a build-from-scratch opportunity. No playbook, no legacy process, no one to hand things over. Just you, a clear mission, and the autonomy to figure out how to get there.

What you'd be doing
Owning the marketing strategy for the brand's hero products as they enter their second year and beyond
Finding new audiences and channels beyond what's already working
Coordinating across internal teams to align campaign timing and priorities
Supporting B2B retail relationships by demonstrating active marketing investment behind key products
Planning and executing traditional marketing activations — events, awards, PR, broadcast opportunities
Building the processes and frameworks for this function from the ground up
What we're looking for
Prior marketing experience in brand, consumer goods, entertainment or similar
A generalist mindset — comfortable across multiple marketing disciplines
High agency — you create your own processes and don\'t need hand-holding
Genuine ambition to own and grow a function over time
External learning habit and AI literacy — they care about people who stay sharp
