You will thrive by successfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, judgement and a risk mind‑set. It will be essential to build effective relationships with brokers and to deliver a high standard of customer service. You will also play a key role in new business development, including attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Underwriting experience in Marine – Transport & Logistics and a successful record of selling products to clients and brokers. Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills. Good organizational and time‑management skills. Customer and sales‑oriented behaviours: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable.
