Applying problem-solving tools and techniques on during the design phases from PFMEA to design for manufacture Capturing lessons from build activities and integrating them into strategy to prevent recurrence Your skills and experiences: Essential: Minimum HNC or equivalent experience in a STEM discipline Good understanding of engineering drawings and CAD models Experience using problem-solving tools like Lean Six Sigma Desirable: Experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve engineering/planning issues Familiarity with SAP / Teamcenter Understanding of submarine build strategy Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, ...
