What you’ll do:
Lead our EMEA Total Rewards strategy—bringing together compensation, benefits, and recognition to support an inclusive and equitable partner experience. Act as a strategic advisor and trusted expert to senior leadership across the region. Drive transformation—designing forward-thinking reward programs that align with global strategy but reflect the uniqueness of our EMEA markets. Own compensation cycles (salary review, AOP, RemCo), ensure compliance (GDPR, pensions, HMRC), and lead vendor relationships. Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing Total Rewards team.
