As the business continues to grow across the UK, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to help shape how we hire at scale and ensure we bring the right people into the business, at the right time.
JOB SUMMARY
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead and evolve the UK recruitment strategy across high-volume store roles, leadership positions, and office functions. You’ll balance strategic planning with day-to-day delivery, working closely with Operations, People, and senior stakeholders to support growth, new store openings, and long-term workforce planning.
You’ll lead and develop the UK recruitment team, improve recruitment processes and tools, and use data and insights to drive smarter hiring decisions. A strong eye for people, culture fit, and quality will be key to success in this role.
This role is based in London, operating from our UK Head Office, with occasional travel to stores across the country. The role is office-based, five days per week.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead recruitment across the UK for store, leadership, and office roles
- Build and deliver scalable recruitment strategies to support growth
- Partner closely with Operations and senior leaders on workforce planning
- Lead, coach, and develop the UK recruitment team
- Improve hiring processes, tools, and candidate experience
- Use data and recruitment metrics to drive performance and quality
- Ensure recruitment reflects and protects the Joe & The Juice culture
What we’re looking for
- Senior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (3-5+ years)
- Proven background in high-volume or multi-site hiring
- Experience leading and developing recruitment teams
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment metrics
- Passion for people, culture, and building high-performing teams
