In doing so, we help people live into their potential & purpose. a day in the lifeLeads, manages, and develops a high performing team of TA professionals responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring talent across EMEA's Store Support Center (Head Office) and Retail teams; actively coaches the team, supporting their professional and personal growth.Develops and helps implement effective recruiting strategies that enable business growth.Partners closely with senior business leaders, People & Culture (HR) team, and global TA leaders to ensure TA strategies and results are aligned with annual workforce plans, budgets, and hiring priorities.Demonstrates expertise, curiosity, and creativity while leading employer brand strategy development and talent marketing initiatives.Uses data and problem-solving skills to ensure recruiting processes are efficient and effectiveEmbeds IDEA (DEI) throughout TA strategies and programs to attract diverse talent and enable equitable hiring outcomes.Focuses on developing both internal and external talent pools to support lululemon's long-term talent strategies.Partners with global TA functions in aligning and localizing global strategies, programs, and tools for EMEA markets.Positively impacts lululemon's global TA capabilities as a member of the global TA leadership team.Determines whether, where, when and which recruiting vendors should be engaged to supplement TA capabilities.Leads recruitment directly on senior level searches. eg. Director + roles.Measures, tracks, and reports on TA's quantitative and qualitative results, as well as talent market insights.Serves as a role model and advocate for lululemon's values of Personal Responsibility, Inclusion, Connection, Courage, and Fun. qualificationsMinimum 8 years in the work of talent acquisition, human resources or a related field.Minimum 5 years experience in a people leadership role, leading TA teams at a global organization.Strong understand in TA strategy development, practices, and tools, plus familiarity with European and retail talent markets would be a benefit.Demonstrated experience leading national employer brand strategy development and execution in one or more European countries where lululemon operates.Retail background strongly preferred; experience working in a high-growth environment and consumer sector is also an advantage.Demonstrated experience operating successfully in a matrixed work environment.Significant experience partnering with business leaders, including at the executive level, on TA strategies. must havesAcknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take themselves too serious.NOTE: Only those applicants under consideration will be contacted.
