Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation

£90,000 – £130,000 + bonus

London | Hybrid, 3 days in-office


Our client is a boutique consultancy with a reputation for delivering high-impact business transformation and M&A advisory projects. They work with some of the world’s most ambitious organisations across life sciences, consumer goods, and infrastructure, helping senior leaders shape strategy and deliver change from the boardroom to the frontline. Combining the precision of top-tier consulting with the agility of a hands-on partner, they are in a rapid growth phase and now seek an accomplished Senior Manager to lead strategic engagements and influence the firm’s evolution.


The Senior Manager will take full ownership of complex client programmes, act as a trusted advisor to executives, and drive measurable results through strategy execution, operating model design, and transformation delivery.


Role Highlights

  • Lead end-to-end client engagements, ensuring momentum and tangible outcomes
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships, aligning diverse leadership teams
  • Direct structured analysis to uncover growth, cost reduction, and performance improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate strategy and value-creation workshops that define future direction
  • Translate insights into actionable roadmaps and oversee delivery at pace


You Will Need

  • 8+ years in consulting, ideally with top-tier firm experience
  • Proven record of delivering large-scale strategy or transformation projects
  • Confidence in engaging C-suite stakeholders and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent
