In this role, you will be pivotal in increasing the satisfaction and longevity of Akamai's customer base. Responsibilities Collaborating closely with Akamai sales and marketing counterparts to strategize regional funnel and prospecting planning. Ensuring key performance metric targets are met. This includes opportunity goals and engaging with sales leaders to ensure pipeline quality. Providing necessary training, coaching and guidance to ensure SDR success and career development within Akamai. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have relevant management experience building and leading teams. Have expertise with SDR productivity tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Possess excellent leadership and coaching skills, ensuring the successful onboarding and development of your sales development team. Enjoy working and collaborating cross-functionally using dynamic presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
