With over 20 brands across 30+ countries, we strive for fair and unbiased hiring.Join our team of 3,000+ employees and be part of reshaping the labour market and becoming the worlds leading job platform.The job at a glanceJoin our team and youll be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies that align with Stepstone UKs overall objectives, while cultivating a high-performance culture of excellence across the UK Sales in the Sales Enablementdepartment, you willalign sales strategies with market opportunities, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress and necessary adjustments to Sales Leadership.You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.Your responsibilities: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the companys overall business objectives.Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new products and market entries.Manage a team of 3 (Sales Intelligence Manager, Commercial Projects Manager, Sales & Client StrategyManager)Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market efforts.Your skills & qualificationsExperience as a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, sales processesand go-to-market strategy is essential.Minimum 2 years' team management experience.Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and developing strategies for improvement and growth.Excellent communication skills for conveying goals, progress, adjustmentsand coordinating initiatives.Ability to run initiatives in response to competitive activity or new opportunities and define growth strategies.Your benefitsWere a community here that cares as much about your life outside work as how you feel when youre with us.
