Senior Manager – Quality Operations (EU / RoW)

Hybrid in Oxfordshire with some travel (~30%)

I’m partnering with a growing global life sciences organisation to hire a Senior Manager, Quality Operations to oversee a complex EU / Rest of World manufacturing network.

This is a high-impact role focused on CMO oversight, GMP compliance, and supply chain quality, ensuring products are manufactured and delivered to the highest regulatory standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the primary QA lead for external CMOs across EU / RoW
• Managing quality oversight, deviations, CAPAs, and investigations (OOS)
• Leading GxP audits and maintaining audit schedules
• Driving quality performance monitoring, trending, and continuous improvement
• Supporting and evolving the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Partnering cross-functionally across QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
• Engaging in regulatory inspections and compliance activities

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in GMP Quality / QA within pharma or radiopharma
• Proven background managing CMOs / external manufacturing partners
• Deep understanding of:
• EU GMP & ICH guidelines
• Deviation, CAPA, change control, and QMS
• Experience leading or supporting GxP inspections / audits
• Ideally exposure to sterile manufacturing, PET, or radiopharmaceuticals
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate across global teams
