The Senior Manager, Global HR Compliance is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading comprehensive HR compliance programs worldwide. This role ensures alignment with employment and immigration laws, policy governance standards, and mandatory training requirements across all regions. Acting as the organizations subject matter expert on HR regulatory obligations, the Senior Manager partners closely with Legal, GRC, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to embed compliance into end-to-end HR processes and systems. The role is accountable for proactive risk identification, audit readiness, and maintaining effective HR compliance practices globally.
