Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including consolidated accounts and variance analysis.Prepare statutory financial statements and financial announcements (quarterly updates, half-year results, annual reports).Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules, MAS REIT regulations, and accounting standards.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for portfolio and asset performance.Manage tax compliance, GST submissions, and regulatory requirements, including Interested Party Transactions (IPTs).Oversee cash flow planning, treasury matters, and loan covenant monitoring.Support financing activities such as debt refinancing and lender coordination.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, trustees, and banks.Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to improve reporting efficiency.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferredMaster’s degree (MBA or Finance) is an advantageExperience & Skills8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit with exposure to REITs or real estate investment/asset managementStrong understanding of REIT regulations, SGX listing rules, and MAS guidelinesProficiency in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, FP&A, and tax complianceAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with trustees, lenders, and financial institutions is an advantageIf interested, please submit your application to cvs@jdawms.com with your expected salary and resume.We regret that only short-listed candidates will be contacted shortly.
