Who we’re looking for – at a glance:
A brilliant digital marketer with stand-out expertise, experienced managing large scale, complex paid media campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, programmatic)
Anything from 3-5 years’ work experience in digital marketing/growth marketing, ideally in an agency setting
Ambitious and proactive people who want to get stuck-in

A good understanding of wider marketing beyond paid media, which could be in web & app conversion optimisation, analytics, creative etc.

Senior Manager, Paid Media – typical responsibilities:
Campaign & creative planning, testing and strategy leadership across paid media channels
Development of market leading Paid Media strategies tied to clients’ cross‑channel KPIs
Driving strategy, set‑up, management and optimisation across all relevant paid media platforms
End‑to‑end optimisation of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, creative etc. to meet and exceed our clients’ objectives
Leading continuous and rigorous test & learn approaches
Creative briefing, testing and strategy leadership across social & display channels
Managing, mentoring & coaching team members from account executive to manager level
Performance reporting and analysis, naturally translating data into insights and recommendations
Presentations to senior client stakeholders
Development and identification of new growth opportunities in paid media both for clients but also for the wider team & agency
Supporting and providing input in cross‑channel strategies that include: Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Display, Mobile App Marketing, On‑site experiences and more
