Join Our Team as a Senior Manager - Administration Consulting (Consumer Duty)

Are you looking to work as a trusted adviser to clients in the defined benefit pensions sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join Brightwell as a Senior Manager in their consulting practice, where you would get to deliver key regulatory and legislative projects to customers, particularly in areas such as Consumer Duty.

What you’ll do:

Lead the delivery of key projects e.g. service and automation enhancements, legislative change. Provide strategic input throughout the project lifecycle, escalating key decisions where necessary. Support new administration client implementations including development of workflows and communications. Develop and enhance processes for supporting vulnerable members, ensuring a market leading approach. Analyse MI data and member feedback against Consumer Duty outcomes. Develop initiatives to address risks identified. Act as an interface to clients on administration project matters. Prepare papers for Trustee and client service review meetings.
