Job Summary

Join our Group & Commercial Banking (BCB) Lending & Working Capital (L&WC) Chief Controls Office. Lead control management processes, support transformation, and ensure risk is designed out with a focus on compliance and regulation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and drive control efforts within the L&WC platform, ensuring safe delivery of transformation initiatives.
2. Coordinate with platform leads and deputize for the Head of Control Office as needed.
3. Prioritize platform investments considering regulatory obligations and control environment improvements.
4. Identify risks proactively and support control planning and decision-making.
5. Collaborate with partners across the Group on control-related matters.
6. Monitor risk parameters and report deviations.
