Strong experience with IFRS, UK, or US GAAP (or equivalent reporting standards). Proven ability to lead and motivate teams at all levels, with strong judgment and decision-making skills. Skilled at building trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders. Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely..
