The Company

A large, fast-growing international retail business operating in multiple sectors. With a strong focus on operational excellence, financial control, and continuous improvement, the organisation supports multiple business units across the UK and internationally. The finance function plays a key role in driving performance, supporting senior stakeholders, and delivering strategic growth initiatives.

The Role

Produce monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Post key journals and complete balance sheet reconciliations
Support financial close activities and day-to-day accounting operations
Partner with senior stakeholders across departments, attending meetings and presenting financial insights
Lead or support finance projects focused on process improvement and efficiency
Assist with year-end statutory accounts and internal/external audit requirements

About You

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
