Halliday Marx have partnered with a very well known media business to hire a Senior Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Responsibilities

\n\t
• Producing a full set of management accounts and financial statements
\n\t
• Ownership of the P&L, Balance Sheet and VAT for an Irish entity
\n\t
• Month end reporting
\n\t
• Reconciling lots of intercompany balances
\n\t
• Actual vs budget variance analysis
\n\t
• Budgeting + forecasting
\n\t
• Liaising with the auditors
\n\t
• Preparation of journals, prepayments and accruals
\n\t
• Producing the statutory accounts
\n\t
• Manage the audit process
\n\t
• Reconciliation of payroll to the general ledger
\n\t
• VAT Submissions
\n\t
• Tax accounting duties
\n

Requirements

\n\t
• Available to start within 6 weeks
\n\t
• Part Qualified in either (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
\n\t
• 3 years of experience in Audit within a practice is preferred,
\n\t
• 3 years experience of Business services in a practice would also be considered
\n
