We are currently seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

Sufficient experience and knowledge in work relating to operations, inspection, calibration and repair of HVAC, lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems so that he/she has developed a working knowledge of the operation and maintenance of such systems An additional 36 months of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent and successful completion of all training and testing as required in this classification. Sufficient experience and knowledge in work relating to operations, inspection, calibration and repair of HVAC, lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems so that he/she has developed a working knowledge of the operation and maintenance of such systems. Demonstrated an aptitude and working knowledge for reading, interpreting, and working from complex structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications. Possess knowledge of standard electrical print symbols and the ability to read and understand moderately complex electrical prints Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime High school diploma or a general education degree (G.E.D.) . Related trade school certification or a minimum of three (3) years of related experience within the last five (5). Certifications in HVAC and Refrigerant Handling and Recovery
