  • Take ownership of financial analysis and valuation workstreams (LBO, DCF, trading and transaction comps, process analytics) and convert outputs into clear, commercial client messages.
  • Drive preparation of client materials (IMs, management presentations, board decks, process letters and marketing materials) to a best-in-class standard.
  • Support origination across key tech sub‑sectors such as vertical and infrastructure software, cybersecurity, e‑commerce and marketplaces and tech-enabled services, helping to prepare pitches and sector insights.
  • Interact confidently with founder‑led businesses, PE portfolio companies and large corporates, representing the firm in meetings and contributing to negotiations.

Candidate profile:

We are looking for a high‑performing M&A Associate who wants to build a long‑term career in mid‑market Technology investment banking:

  • 4–6 years’ experience in M&A at a leading investment bank or top-tier advisory boutique, with a strong track record on executed deals.
  • Technology deal experience (software, IT services, tech-enabled services or adjacent sectors) is strongly preferred; at minimum, a clear interest and understanding of tech business models.
  • Excellent technical skills: valuation, modelling, process design and execution, combined with strong attention to detail and project management capability.
  • Comfortable operating in international, cross-border situations and engaging with private equity sponsors and strategic buyers.
  • Collaborative, low‑ego mindset, with the ability to mentor juniors and contribute to a positive team culture.
