Superb opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Associate/Partner to join our clients, a highly regarded Legal 500 firm with offIces located throughout Scotland.

This unique opportunity will be based in our clients Conflict Resolution in Edinburgh.

The established team acts for businesses and individuals to resolve disputes and conflicts with the aim of securing the best possible outcome for the clients.

The role: The role will involve representing pursuers and defenders in the Sheriff Court as well as other forums (including Arbitration and Construction Adjudication). The work includes commercial disputes, contractual and property disputes, and contentious construction and property disputes.

In addition, the role includes managing a caseload of consumer rights cases, as well as contentious executry/private client cases. This will be a varied role and adaptability to different practice areas within the wider CRG team is essential.
