Salary - £25,000 + depending on Experience - OTE - £50,000
Working Hours – 5 day week, including Saturday
Monday-Friday 8:45am-6pm, Saturday 9:45am-4pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and reputable estate agency based in Islington.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, generating new business opportunities, and successfully closing lettings transactions. This role requires a professional and target-driven individual whose contribution will directly support the continued success of the branch.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated lettings professional seeking to further develop their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage client communications in a professional and timely manner

* Deliver consistently high standards of customer service

* Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants

* Follow up on all viewings and provide detailed feedback to landlords

* Support tenants throughout the referencing process

* Respond to general enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords

* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance procedures are followed

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings

* UK driving licence and own car

* Demonstrable experience in negotiating and closing deals

* Strong communication and client relationship skills

* Proficiency in utilising social media platforms for property marketing

* Well-presented, organised, and commercially minded
